Any warning messages on the dash, if not I think you will need to get some diagnostics. 2007 TDV8 VSE

Fuel pump maybe? If it's turning over but not firing. There is a secondary pump under a hatch towards the back of the passenger side, if you open the hatch is the pump making any noise? Might be worth an "attitude adjustment" with a hammer if you can't hear anything, (maybe check the fuses first!)

I've fuses and swooped relay , will check if I can hear pumps next . Sounds big money if it's the pump. |

It's not too pricey, and there are cheap options but in my experience they don't run at all quietly. Having said that you can get one for £30 if money is tight and then swap out in a couple of months.
