I’ve just had the dreaded message flash up and clear lots of times today, sometimes a flicker and sometimes long enough for the OK to clear message to pop up. There’s no bong and no loss of power. There’s no codes logged either!

Any ideas?

Quite likely to be one of the two top intercooler to intake manifold hoses has a split. Very common problem. Often the near side hose, underneath the short piece of webbing.

There are other hoses that could also cause the message, but these are the place to start.

Another cause could be the wires to the top of the front struts (adaptive suspension). They chafe and short to earth. Straightforward enough to splice in some replacement wire to fix. Current: 2010 Range Rover L322

I found one of the wires in the suspension turret that looked previously repaired was showing some bare wire through the insulation. Quick resplice and solder this morning and message seems to have gone.
