sounds like you might have the wrong resistors wired in nick, are they 25 watt ones? ... - .- -.

Think they are 50 if i remember correctly. Came as a kit. I even tried wiring the front ind bulbs back in line and these just flashed twice as quickly as well as the led ones. Not tackled back kit yet.

if you have a resistor on each indicator , i just wonder if one is faulty and causes the double flash. ... - .- -.

When i've fitted resistors, they have been wired in line with the +ive. Not across the -ive & +ive. Ian |

the resistors have to be wired in parallel as if its another bulb ..this is supposed to 'fool' the ecu into thinking there is a normal bulb there... ... - .- -.

That makes more sense to me, but the wiring diagram supplied definatly says to go across the 2 and iv'e googled fitting resistors and the posts that came up suggest wiring accross the two aswell? |

So, you reckon wiring in 'series' ( in line, in the positive) may work??

Its all done with smoke and mirrors. Nothing to be lost in giving it a try. Putting the resistors in the way you have will actually drop the voltage across the bulb as some of the voltage will go to earth via the resistor creating heat.
