The Conti wipers I bought have lasted just over two years.

I've tried the Boltonbits and HQ blades from ebay. Both have been great to begin with but started knocking after a few months. Currently on three month old HQ ones and so far so good. Haven't tried the AF (site sponsor) ones as they were out of stock previously. They're currently in stock for £17.71 plus £4.95 postage.

Bought a set from one of the suppliers mentioned and one blade simply failed to clear the screen - near side one only wiped about half it's length. Had to buy Bosh one in the end but on fitting the Aero's both clips disintegrated so bit of a disaster really |

I bought some Aero's last year, during the recent icy spell one of mine shredded. Got a pair of replacements from my local screwfix for 12 quid the pair, slight faff with the fitment but all's well. |

When I removed the original standard wiper blades to fit a pair of the newer flat 'aero' blades, both original blade clips broke apart. they were very brittle.
