This is the tool you want to pull those injectors.. it screws on to the outer and inner thread for security and less chance of damaging anything.. it simply screws onto a slide hammer

When you are done reset the adaptive values via your diagnostics then give it a chance to settle down before any further test.

Not sure about IID Tool, I use BMW IPNA. There is just one button to hit " Reset Adaptive Values". I presume it's not necessary as the car will adapt on its own in time, but this gives it a reset. 2007 TDV8 VSE
