We have only had one report of a 2010/2012 heated/cooled driver seat failure.

round filter is washable, i did my on both sides. |

It's at 220,000 but sat in airport parking having a rest for a couple of weeks. |

mine failed also, I removed it and found one of the solder joints failed on 12v feed from moisture it looks, just retouched with iron. It is called a module but simply is a fan and peltier coil, not really worth the $500, think was made by Lear. |
