The flappy bit at the end is attached to the roof finisher trim and literally just sits there.

I had a similar problem with auto glass a few years ago and they took it in and replaced the windscreen yours has been fitted wrong when they are fitted correct the trims all fit flush also they should have used new trim not the old one as it gets twisted when they take it off hope that helps |

Would hazard a guess it's a couple of mm to high. Would take a pic of mine, but I'm away, so can't. In any case never been a really good fit! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Make sure your roof trim is pressed down securely,The flappy bits in the corners are fixed to that.
