Could be split hoses if it happens underload. I'm assuming it's a diesel?? Were there big clods of smoke coming out of the back when it happened? |

No, nothing like that. I did notice a little water discharge underneath however I put that down to air con. |

If its a 4.4 and still has the original secondary turbo inlet isolation valve then the valve could be sticking. |

5 minute job to check them and you only need a screwdriver. Have a search on here loads about it. If they are fine atleast you can rule them out without paying someone to check these for you! |

You're not wrong, I've just lifted the hood and she's still red hot and I've been home since 5:30. It's very busy under there. My good lady took a look and said "everything looks ok". So that's that then! |
