Have you checked what voltage your getting when engine off, then on tick over and under load?

Yes that was tested and the alternator was ok.

Sat nav can spit the dummy and the CD will be continuously ejected only to be re inserted by the over and over again. |

Do a search on Final Stage Resistor FSR.. most common cause of depleted batteries....

Do the headlight wipers work - if they don't park properly or one of the motors doesn't run that will also cause a battery drain when the ignition is switched off as the power feed stays open. Current Fleet:-

My battery drain was caused by water ingress to the DSP amp - worth pulling the conectors out and have a look.

The number 1 cause for my battery drain on my 03 TD6 was the aftermarket Nokia HF set, which was draining 120ma on its own (unused).

The Amp in the back can cause battery drain, it sometime will not go to sleep, there is a company on EBay that you take your amp out send it to them and they put all new software in and Guarantee it for life. |

Have similar on my 03 TD6, headlamp wipers work and park, sat nav is switching off, it does have the Nokia Hf kit still in it, are these fused separately, ie how can I disconnect it?? |
