Got back from southern Portugal. Highlights were driving the fatty in the Basque country across the Pyrenees and filling her up at an eye-watering Euro per litre  '59 Reg Full Fat Vogue TDV8 Automatic Black Beauty

Replaced front and rear bumpers with the design pack ones, took all day but happy with results.

Changed all the major filters and oils. Did half a gearbox change (4 litres). Will do another 4 next weekend when I get back from Belfast. I was amazed at how little swarf was on the sump magnets, in fact almost none!

DP42064R fits the 2010 5.0sc by the way. It was a bit of a mystery apparently.

Not sure yet how they perform. Gonna bed them in properly tomorrow. Even weet-bix would be better than the standard pads

just washed and waxed the old girl ready to go in for its brake pipe recal in the morning i wonder what other faults they will come back with

Got mine checked out Saturday morning for brake pipe recall, it's needed and booked in.

10 big bales per load now - but due to road closures it was a 20+ mile return leg on mainly B roads
