Gaffer will work ok as a temporary fix, the hose bandage I used worked perfectly.na few layers of duct tape and light throttle should be ok. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Saw your post in the general section, If you have mail ordered the silicone hoses, then get some of the Harris tape from halfords, will hold under normal driving a lot better than the gaffer tape. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Thankfully the hoses should be here today.
Although I won't be able to fit them till the weekend.
We have the use of a D3 till then so we should be ok.

Changed the top two hoses this morning then took it out for a good thrash.

Couldn't get the bottom shield/cover off so haven't done the four lower ones, but after the test drive the must be ok.

Top job, the lower ones are a bunch more involved to swap over, and don't often fail. It's usually just the top RH one as you look at the engine where it bends  There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
