2006 Range Rover Vogue SE Supercharged Java Black

Trailer light

Hi guys,

Having a slight issue.

The green trailer light on the dash seems to light up when I am on the move (I have no trailer attached) and when turning off the ignition I get "check trailer light" on the display.

Any advice?

Do you have a towbar attached?

If so is it a genuine wiring set or an aftermarket one. Chances are there is some corrosion in the back of the sockets. Causing a small short or ground problem, worth taking them off and checking There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Hi there,

Yes I have the towbar feature (genuine Land Rover).

Thanks for the suggestion, will give it a go tomorrow.
