was a busy weekend for me. I pulled all the seats out to run rca and power cables down the side channels and while the seats were out extracted nearly all of the stains in the carpet as well. Then installed polk speakers in the rear doors. and removed the B C & D Pillar trims readying to remove the headlining for recovering in alcantara. |

Fitted a Westfalia tow bar with proper electrics (all supplied by Jones). Fitted the tow bar yesterday and the electrics today. All seems fine.

Ran out of fuel with 67 miles worth of petrol left in tank. Looks like I'll have to get the balance pump sorted/changed.Wife not best pleased as she had a call out from me, a couple of years ago with the same thing! Previous cars:

On Friday drove 660 miles to the Highlands, took it off road in Skye (3/4 way up the wheels in peat bog (didn't get stuck). Yesterday took it about 10 miles through estate road's where we saw a black grouse lek occurring. Tomorrow back down to Surrey. Ed |
