Scotland 2006 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Buckingham Blue

Put the FF into Mackie transmissions today for hot flush service. Its hard to say if the car drives any better, the box drove fine before hand, I would say it feels overall smoother but may just be sycological. What I will say however is on the drive home I tried deliberately at every junction/roundabout the roll out 2-1 thud and didn't do it once so over all very happy wallets a bit lighter but piece of mind now Mr. Green Range Rover Vogue 2006 4.4 AJV8 | Buckingham Blue | Parchment Leather | Supercharged Grill+Side Vents | CA02 HEY ( NOT 02 PLATE )

Must be the day for G/Box's did the FF today oil and fillter and the steel sump, did't notice any difference
in gear changes, still silke smooth and the same speeds, what I have noticed though its running about 10 deg
hotter than before the oil change and fillter change used to run 80-85 deg now its up to 90-95 deg
I would have thought it would have run cooler........

Day off work, nice weather, not cold either, so fitted the tow bar that's been in the house for a week. The pf Jones kit ( witter) and electrics all fit very well Mr. Green If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

Hi Horse, Craig at Cam tech is a great source for wheels in the UK but your side of the pond, it is a bit more tricky indeed.

Thanks for the link. I'm set on 22's though. Have been thinking Stormers in the machined with black option.

Horse, ask Craig at Cam Tech as he might be able to send some over. Brits happen to be very good for shipping part for next to nothing. l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

got my supplemental inner fender well rubber liners. Will be applying next somewhat warm day when I can wash all the salt off and apply to reduce the chance of getting rust.

United Kingdom 2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Rimini Red

I swapped the 7 pin tow sockets for a 13 pin. What was supposedly a 10 minute job took me approx 4 hours Big Cry

The job itself was straight forward but getting the old loom out was a pain as it was clipped and fastened in multiple paces and I had to dismantle half the back of the car Shocked

I also gave the fixing bracket a bit of a clean up and spray with Matt black.

When I went to put the new 13 pin plug on the caravan I couldn't get the grey plug off either. After spending 20 mins cutting all the plastic off to get to the connector screws because they were that rusted I couldn't get the screwdriver in the damn screws sheared off. I'll have to get some new ends and cut the old ones off. At least the lights etc work although that was a problem too as the screw for one of the centre pins was touching a connector on one of the outer ones so the brake lights flashed with the hazards. The only way to stop it was wrap in electrical tape as the screw wouldn't go in any further.
