If I know one of the cars is going to need some work I like to have the parts in the garage so when I forget about them (like usual) until I notice they're in need of changing I've got the parts on the shelf.

Really nice looking car david, looks great, can't help thinking that the wheels are aftermarket though, the offset looks wrong for gen style 11 wheels.

The wheel nuts seem quite a lot more recessed than on my take offs from Dan, and the centre section around the hub seems more dished. They do however look really nice👍 There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

NMJ, I'm fairly sure you're right. They seem to stick out to far in the arches when compared to the wheels on the AB. I've been keeping an eye out for another set of genuine ones but there's been none locally that have cropped up for sale.

I'll get round to swapping them at some point I'm sure.

Yea, you can see the difference in shape at the centre of the wheel and the amount the nuts protrude.

Our local detailer offers a "posh wash" service on cars that he's detailed in the past. As I've been busy recently and then last week managed to chip a bone in my wrist I've just not had time or been able to wash the SC so I sent it to him for a wash.

I parked in Kilmacolm last night when going to the dentist and couldn't help but grin at is as I walked back to the car. The 2012 facelift on the silver car works an absolute treat

In January I decided to buy a Snow Foam gun and 90 degree lance for the pressure washer to do the cills and underside of the cars, but due to the weather I hadn't had a chance to use it. I used it this weekend and did 6 cars with it today, am really pleased with the results. The lambs wool washmit that I bought seems to be really soft on the paintwork which is never a bad thing.

Here's just a couple of pictures from trying it...
