They do look good don't they Eugene. They just freshen it up quite a lot and that little bit just makes the whole car look better IMO.

I added an fullfatrr.com sticker to the tailgate today. The silver external sticker against the tint on the tailgate window looks great Smile

Thanks guys Smile

It's amazing how much car the 4.2 SC is for what's not a lot of money these days.

I've driven a 5.0 once and was mighty impressed with it and it'll certainly be what replaces this one when the time comes.

Well today I found out that my SC is a liar... Laughing

I'm sure this picture says it all!

Annoyingly it ran out at the bottom of a hill at a junction on the M8. I was fully intending to come off there anyway as right at the top there was a Shell station where I was going to fill it Big Cry

After 50 minutes of sitting in the car watching a DVD the Police turned up and sat behind me, then a Traffic Scotland van turned up, followed 5 minutes later by the Land Rover Assistance guy who lent me a gallon of petrol to get me to the filling station.

Apparently Land Rover have subcontracted the Assistance contract to the AA so apparently now it's quite common if you break down in an LR you will get LR Assistance when you call the AA.

The guy was having a quiet afternoon so plugged his computer into the SC and checked all the codes, then cleared them. All I had was low voltage from the fault battery last month, fuel pressure low due to running out and bulb failure warnings due to having the LED rear lights fitted. Quite reassuring to know that there's nothing nasty lurking underneath Smile

Funny, the last three times I've run out (not in the RR) I've been able to coast to a petrol station.

The time before that I had to push my VX 200m to one.

Can't believe it's happened so often.

I've not really driven the SC much recently due to working a lot and having a company vehicle to use during the week. I decided that I'd treat it to a visit to the local detailer for a going over as I've not even had time to give it a good wash either. The results are spectacular Smile

The paintwork is smooth as glass, the leather is so soft after being treated and the smell inside is amazing!

I picked it up this evening but didn't get any time to get pictures before daylight so I've just stolen the ones the detailer took of my car Smile

At least now it's all clean and sealed for whatever the winter weather should throw at it Smile

Group shot of another couple of cars he had in as well:

I'd noticed that before when she was sitting next to our 2012.

Are they easily added, Craig?
