okay let's start with the first problem you say you can't pair a key with the car, is the key going through the sync process, after you release the buttons do you get the three long flashes on the l e d, this tells you you have gone through the process V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

Just got my key working. Had to remove the "blank" transponder chip first and stick my old one in to get the car to see it. Relearned all three keys and all working fine now.

right, you need to practice this, they all sync as i test them before they go out... forget doing it in the car, do it indoors ok... with the remote in your hand with the blade at the top, wait a few mins after pushing of any button so the sync process can start clean, as before hold down bottom button and keep pressed down through out the sync process, led starts to flash quick...now try 3 long presses of the top button, after the third press let go of the bottom button..if you see the led flash at all during the pressing of the buttons stop as its failed. some keys like to have 3 quick presses and some like 3 long presses but i have not come across a key that does not sync.. dave V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels. 1976 Harley Davidson Iron Head Sportster |

Hi Daveo, I have a 2003 L322 Range Rover and would like a new style flip key. Could I order it from you and you program it? I am not far from London so no probs to come into town. I am not confident about taking my old style key apart myself. Thanks. |
