RSW Allcoms won't clear Airbag light FIXED

I've been sat here now for ages clicking on Clear Faults and the airbag light will not go out.

The fault is showing as follows:

Supply voltage less than 9.6v
Internal Error

Anyone point me in the right direction as to where the fault may lie and how to cure it?

the only thing i can think why its not clearing is that there is a faulty airbag or airbag sensor...it could be a faulty seat occupant sensor like mine had... ... - .- -.

mine was the the passenger seat sensor [under seat cover] the airbag light on the dash would flash as the occupant moved in the seat ...check the connections under the seat first...

is the battery ok? ... - .- -.

Battery is new. Swapped it this morning as it had a 5 yr warranty.

My airbag light is on all the time. It goes out when I start the car, but it comes back on straight away.

i'm stumped with that fault code....i wonder if it refers to the RSW and not the range and thats why you cant clear the error..
on that thought ,it might be worth checking the RSW connection... ... - .- -.

Spoke to a technician at Land Rover dealers yesterday- he said a common problem on this model year was fractured wiring in the seat.
i would email Storey but I think I upset him last time!

The car failed the Mot yesterday on the airbag light Evil or Very Mad

I've just removed the seat and checked the connections. I've belled all of the plugs out and they all bleep, so no problems there.
Plugged the seat back in and re- checked. Allcomms now says no faults , but the airbag light is still on?

Getting a tad desperate now as I have 10 days for a retest and I've used 4 days so far!

it sounds like you might have to get a proper garage jobby to find the fault code to trace the error..but, before you do that i would do a battery disconnection again , worth a try .. ... - .- -.

Can't do that- they check to see if it comes on when they turn the key, then to see if it goes out.

On some forums, the suggestion points to the srs ecu. Will Testbook confirm this as I have a local specialist garage that will run a check FOC.
