Why? ...just switch them to lhd. It only takes 5 minutes

fullfats have a little lever in the headlight enclosure that when switched allows us to drive in france etc.....as said switch this over for the test.. ... - .- -.

From memory you have to have a LHD beam pattern to register a car in France - the headlamp shutter lever masks off the RHD nearside high lights (which normally light up the kerb/ pavement) - but it doesn't give you a proper LHD beam (just a flattened RHD beam). |

Exactly right VagelyVogue the light go from RHD to flat beams so as not to dazzle... To pass a french test they must be LHD lights...

Thanks for the input - seems like we have two different opinions re what is required to get through the French CT! Will probably ask my friendly CT man to take a look before I spend €€€ on new lights.

Non, they will not fit unless you get the whole kit kit if you want to get a 2006/2009 facelift (got it all)
