Just replaced my NRV on the rear wiper again! Cheap halfords rubbish.. Will probably have to get a proper one from the stealers next time. But, all working again. Previously..

Today washed 3/2 of the leather seats with the wool wash mitt. Not too dirty bar drivers seat and steering wheel which is to be expected.
Then used Zymol on then and rinsed that off. Returns the steering wheel to a nice matt finish Smile

Then tried to swap the rears over from MTR's to my Scorp Zero's...

1 wheel was fine and only took a minute.
Then friggin LR design kicked in...
The 2nd one wont let the locking nut come off!! The top half just spins and the bottom does frigger all! So now having to look at one of those ringed nut socket removal things! Thanks LR!!

So not only are the normal nuts bad but security ones are as well! Think i'll see about getting solid ones made up if possible as this is getting silly now! Heaven help me if i had a puncture and stuck at the roadside as the AA/RAC/others wouldn't have got it off either without said special socket Sad FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Buckingham Blue

After having a new rear bumper fitted and painted just before the snow, and then having a couple of weeks of salt and stuff, I finally got round to washing it..........and claying the bonnet......and front wings.....,,again......

.....and polishing the whole car with Zymol, and even polishing the wheels...........

Pretty much the whole of the daylight hours of my weekend gone, and I bet its raining tomorrow when I drive to work......

It does look pretty good though. Even if I do say so myself !

Greased my front pads only to discover that it is the rear ones squealing. Banging Head

Decided that that was probably it for the cold weather so stuck the 20"s back on... Thumbs Up just needs a wash now. But as im commuting in it at the moment due to the demise of the fuel pump on my van it seems futile. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ˜œ

I took the car into a muddy field which was masquerading as a car park. And then I got out my towrope and hauled out my husband's car, which got stuck in the same field. Wink

It was great fun, actually. I asked the bloke in charge if I could have a play in his "car park" since nobody was going to be using it in the immediate future, and he said it was okay. I didn't churn it all up because that would've been rude, but I did drive up and down a bit. Thumbs Up

Swapped the MTR's over for the ATR's and Zeros after a local tyre place battered the living daylights out of the knackered security nut.

Then piled the MTR's up ready for a final wash before their next offroad event, Checked the pressures of the new pirelli's 36 front 40 rear though may adjust depending on how hard the sidewalls are.

Wiped the blackvue SD last night so took it out again today and now uploading some lovely driving from some local whack job.
Cleaned the drivers front and rear rubber matts.

Oh and avoided making mince meat out of above drivers golf twice when they just became total planks. Videos to follow but muted as i swore so much it was untrue! FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
