On BioD doing 22mpg average i would spend.... £2,232 a TDV8 would do it for £1964. That would be a £1600 a year saving for a TDV8. For my TD6 it saves £1329 a year. a sizeable amount of money, though per tank i save £53 ![]() As has been said its horses for courses ![]() Mantec Sump Guard, Rigid Load liner, MY10 BT upgrade. ![]() |

As has been pointed out very few people use BioD and thats not the point of the thread.

BMW 4.4 is good engine but I much prefer the more economical and better sounding AjV8. |

Bigger curve ball what about LPG? Even towing from Brighton to Scotland and back I got over 22mpg on the computer so prob doing the equivalent of 35mpg in money, there are plenty on sale on the bay and even a few SC ones. |
