I would love to buy a petrol it's just the inconvenience of refilling every 300-350miles even less with a s/c, more than the cost. I need range just for the convenience

I looked at a TDV8 but there was not enough difference in MPG and the TDV is more expensive to buy usually having mega miles on.

The V8 will give you 350 miles on the Motorway surely London to Scotland is a reasonable range....

It's just the frequency of filling, I get over 500 in my td6 and when I'm busy driving here then and everywhere I have to plan when to fuel, less range would make it even more annoying. Lazy I know but it's one of my gripes. I should move closer to where I need to be and get a v8!

I've got a V8 petrol with LPG - full sized petrol tank with a 92 ltr LPG tank.

I can drive to the South of france and then some more without stopping for fuel. Thumbs Up

Unless you get a puncture as I'm guessing the LPG tank is where the spare wheel should be... Twisted Evil

How long does it take to fill up a RR? 10 minutes including any route deviations?

My last fill-up at my local village Shell station took less than 5 minutes.

Surely everybody has time to stop for ten minutes fill up and get a Coffee. If not you need to make changes....

I'm waiting to my P11D for last year to tell me how much fuel I used on my company fuel card, but my gut feel is that I'll get money back rather than having to pay money to Mr taxman like I did the previous year when I had my SC. Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

As James May has said.

That is the problem with petrol stations, they are now mini shops! People fill up and then go for a wander around the shop!

One reason fast lanes came along i reckon but time is money Gaz Wink FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

Sorry but anyone that does not have 5-10m to buy fuel needs an immediate change of lifestyle. Shocked

I don't think it's so much wether or not you have 5-10 minutes to wait, but when you're in a queue to pay for fuel at a filling station, it does gets rather irritating when the 4 or 5 people in from of you are doing their damned shopping and not buying fuel!
