I am going to run the Petrol for the near future as I just love the Petrol V8 experience (Great sound, power plus super smooth with No torsional vibration) and as stated above if buying used its cheaper for 8 years and who keeps a car 8 years.... |

Exactly can be very frustrating trying to explain, and lets not forget that Petrol V8's are much more fun to drive! Good man |

Well two years and £3.5K in autobox repairs, asuming the petrol autobox is stronger/better, I'd have been better off with a petrol... |

And those that have only ever driven an oil burning TD Range Rover should really give the super smooth and powerful Petrol a try - you will be pleasantly surprised. |

I did the same calcs when I bought an SC. Unfortunately the SC sounds too much fun with the throttle fun on, so I'm probably not living up to my calcs. |

Get the rare but cheap normally aspirated 305BHP AJV8 I actually prefer it to the Supercharged version but thats also an amazing engine. I like low down V8 Grunt combined with ULTRA smoothness |
