Was driving in to town today and one of the roads was severely flooded, everyone was turning round because they were in normal cars... It is a fairly long stretch of flooded, flat road about 1/4 of a mile.

Awsome ,no othe well apointed livingroom could have done that. My one thought is to check the diff oil some time soon because the breathers arn't that high up. 2008 MY Supercharged

ive waded with water over the bonnet , and got a bit twitchey thinking about the air intake fortunatley ive extended all my breathers so that was ok and i carry a piece of rubber matting to go under the bonnet were the heater inlet is and the filter good fun tho onto no6 Range Rover

Not sure any of them will go to 700mm, the Defender is 500mm, as is the freeloader and RR sport. The D3 is the only LR with a 600mm wading depth as far as I know... |

My manual says 500mm. Maybe the Jag engined varients have a relocated air intake on the RR RRS and Disco?

Ive done lots of wading in defenders and sometimes paid the price for going in to deep but i take my hat off to you for going in deep in the FFRR more balls than me |
