I'm sure because it's a safety related item, it has to be reset by dealer (or garage that has equipment) |

I used to have an old Disco td300. One I disturbed the fuse that controlled the airbags. The light was permanently on afterwards, I was told that it had to be reset by LR. I didn't bother as it wasn't an MOT item then.

Thanks all. Daveo= great offer and if closer would take you up on it. The garage that read it had a universal diagnostic equipment and this wouldn't reset it. He tried and fault came back.

if you have had it reset and it has came back on then you must have a faulty bag...did his system not tell you what air bag was faulty or module, V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

My airbag warning lamp required the intervention of LR engineering to extinguish it, fingers crossed yours will be easier to sort out.

Diagnostic system just said low power but nothing else. Think its a case of having it reset at a specialists. |

Had it looked at by another Land rover indy today with an 'Autologic system'. Does anyone know if this should reset it? It kept coming up with 'Battery Diconect unit' and when cleared just came back.
