You can try putting each of the fault codes into the search and see if anything comes up.

It sounds like it was the waste gate actuator that the mechanic freed off.

split intercooler hoses? ... - .- -.

And check for oil in the intercooler pipes |

Good shout - I'll take it back to the mechanic and check on the actuator. It would make sense if it was stuck again. They did a quick job with lubricant spray and it could have easily ceased up after a few days. It made a huge difference when it was free. While i'm there, I'll get the hoses checked too.
