Engine System Fail with fast acceleration

My L322 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 2008 frequently experiences an 'Engine System Failure' with any fast acceleration. When it comes to day to day driving at a slow moderate pace, it doesn't seem to trigger this response. However, when I pull away fast at a junction, rev too high, drive above 50mph, climb a hill, it's only a matter of minutes before I get a notification "Engine System Failure". When this happens the vehicle looses all power. I have to pull over, stop the car, turning the engine off, restart and it's back up and running like normal. This has been on going for a year now, which has limited where I can drive it.

I've been to multiple garages to try and solve this mystery - all mechanics are saying something completely different, which makes me question who to believe. One mechanic managed to achieve something by loosening up a corroded valve, which I assume is connected to the turbo. This fixed the problem for 2 days, giving me the full experience of a TDV8, before she returned back to her old ways. Knowing that this cheap fix / adjustment made a massive difference, i'm conscious of going to a mechanic and spending thousands to replace both turbos and it doesn't fix the problem.

I'd really like to keep this vehicle on the road, any advice is welcome!

P023D-22 Manifold Absolute Pressure - Turbocharger/supercharger Boost Sensor A Correlation Intermittent
P0101-17 Mass Or Volume Air Flow - Circuit Range/performance Intermittent
P0196-26 Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Circuit Range/performance Intermittent
P132E-22 Turbocharger/supercharger Boost Control B Performance Intermittent
P132E-21 Turbocharger/supercharger Boost Control B Performance Intermittent

Any suggestions on what next?

You can try putting each of the fault codes into the search and see if anything comes up.

Otherwise, there's a downloadable workshop manual in the wiki which has a link below where it was fullfatrr.com on the top right of the page I'm not sure what you'll find in there, but will help with any actions you want to take Thumbs Up

It sounds like it was the waste gate actuator that the mechanic freed off.

There's a chance that it could be sticking again. It might be worth taking it back to him to check that it's still free to move. 2002 4.6 Vogue SE - Alveston Red with Lightstone Leather

Good shout - I'll take it back to the mechanic and check on the actuator. It would make sense if it was stuck again. They did a quick job with lubricant spray and it could have easily ceased up after a few days. It made a huge difference when it was free. While i'm there, I'll get the hoses checked too.

Thanks for those suggestions - I'll do more research on those codes.
