Best to clear all the codes then keep an eye on any new codes.

Lots of the above codes are battery related... The P codes are legitimate codes... B's & U's are usually spurious codes issued when the battery volts dip during the starting procedure |

I have not had a chance to replace it yet, but after the remap and egr closure it seem to have disappeared. That said is there a case of shoot build up etc that gets cleared with a bit of spirited driving ?

Charging seems to have resolved with clean up of BMS wiring.

I'm not sure how you deduce the car is waking up when the voltage rises? If the car is truly waking up you would expect the voltage to fall. It wont be the FBH or the Compressor. Are you saying that when the car wakes up it connects your second battery into the circuit?
