Best to clear all the codes then keep an eye on any new codes.

The common PCM EGR fault will most likely return but it's innocuous on our vehicles that don't have a DPF. The cause is a faulty sensor in the left exhaust manifold which is had to get to. The sensor was later revised which suggests a design or manufacturing short-coming for the original version of the sensor.

Do you have any physical symptoms that are a problem?
If it’s just the codes then I wouldn’t worry about it, I have convinced myself that every JLR car is fitted with a random code generator that is simply there to cause paranoia thereby providing revenue for the impoverished main dealers

There are guides on here under Wikis.

Ensure battery is fully charged using battery charger before starting this.

This works for me:

Engine off, ignition off;
Open bonnet;
Shut doors and move remote away from vehicle;
Wait 20 mins for all the computers to do their shut down thing;
Remove negative lead, then positive lead from the battery;
Leave for 10 mins;
Short the two leads together;
Leave for 10 mins;
Reconnect positive lead;
Reconnect negative lead in one single touch. (avoid multiple contacts);
Leave for another 10 mins or make a cuppa, for systems to reboot.

Press start button (ignition on) but not start engine yet;
After 2 mins, start engine;
Turn steering fully left then right and return to centre (sets steering centre position sensor);
Not everything works straight off but will return in first few miles;
Oh, and reset clock !

Good luck Forty years of progress. 1972-2012

Lots of the above codes are battery related... The P codes are legitimate codes... B's & U's are usually spurious codes issued when the battery volts dip during the starting procedure Thumbs Up

So what needs changing to resolve this error?

"The cause is a faulty sensor in the left exhaust manifold which is hard to get to."

Is it just a new sensor or should we just ignore it until we notice a problem?

I have not had a chance to replace it yet, but after the remap and egr closure it seem to have disappeared. That said is there a case of shoot build up etc that gets cleared with a bit of spirited driving ? Idea

Dont have a conclusive answer, but keep an eye on it. SOLD | Tuned MY 2011.5 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 TDV8 Orkney Grey | e-diff | ACC

Charging seems to have resolved with clean up of BMS wiring.

Starting is also resolved, car starts with a fully charged battery. I also have secondary battery system from Traxide with Yellowtop.

Drain is persistent, I haven't had a chance to diag.

Observation:

Car locked drain is around 30~40ma

Car seems to wake up every two hours for about 30 min to do stuff??!! as per the graph. Is it compressor or is it FBH?

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure how you deduce the car is waking up when the voltage rises? If the car is truly waking up you would expect the voltage to fall. It wont be the FBH or the Compressor. Are you saying that when the car wakes up it connects your second battery into the circuit?

The 30-40mA I would have said is a very acceptable constant discharge. BMW i3 Electric Car

It is dropping right

The second battery is recent, but the noise pre dates it.

I will have to do some old fashioned probing the long weekend.

R1 is glove compartment and corresponding in the rear is during sleep, any ideas?
