Yeah that’s our 2015 this year so certainly shows the value in protection and encourages me to do it to my other cars moving forwards as soon as possible

I’d love to do this work as a preventative but don’t have a lift … how much would you reckon you need to separate the carrier from the body to be able to do the work ? V8 or else ... |

I spoke to Pat at GAP and it's not on the IID yet but it is on the list to include it, now more and more owners will be changing pipes....

I asked cause I knew the IID couldn’t do it when I added water to the fluid accidentally and ran into that problem then … good to hear they might look at adding it down the line.

I dare say with enough testing you could successfully replace these hoses with hydraulic hose but, IMHO, it would be a lot of work to get it fully sorted by which time you may as well just replace the pipes, they last 8 years'ish with no coating, a good coat of antirust and they should last a considerable time....
