i think it does..seen various pictures of the kits and some had gaskets...might be able to use the old one..

No gasket required as a rubber sealing ring does the job of sealing between EGR housing and inlet manifold.
Easy job, takes no more than 30 minutes Smile

mine arrived today and was dually fitted ..the lower bolts were a bit fiddly but other than that it went pretty smoothly...i re-routed the vacuum pipe and forgot to block it so a bit of head scratching wondering what the hissing noise was when i ran the engine..
here's a few pics of the egr valve which was caked in muck...
