Much better than the fairy lights, how difficult was it getting the headlight apart? Christian.

Oggy you beat me to it, that's what i was going to do to my headlights. I've got the rings already and was going to spray the surrounds gloss black, but it didn't work out with the chrome lifting when taking the masking tape off. Now I've seen yours, I'm certainly going to do mine when i get chance.

I've got a 2011 model so my headlights are a little different, is 120mm the right size for all headlights? Christian.

hi caesium the lense was very easy to remove . you have to heat it up well with a heat gun cut some 3 wood wedges when hot go into the edge with a plastic trim tool and twist when open cut the butyl sealer close to the edge of the lense with a stanley knife and put a wedge in and go around start from the area that is close to the front grill first . just remember to take the torx screws out ref the indicator unit which goes in to the front lense . and when you wire the halos just remember the the black wire number 2 in the pins is the live wire and pin 1 is the red is the earth that is if you pick up the live and earth from the side light wires which i did so they would run on side lights day running colours are which is the reverse of what we know

hi Aaron i got this set from ebay around £50 . when the lights go back in place i use a very thin line of pu black tiger seal in the back part of the light dont put it on the lense when you put it back together push down as far as you can then heat it up again it will go flush and then start to put the 6 clips back they will pull it back in place and the 2 screws will pull lense in as well put the edge of the clips on lense first and push down they will click in place new vehicle purchase
