Just replaced all four of my tyres and now then I perform a low speed turn in either direction I get a series of metallic clunks from somewhere up front.
Hard to tell where from due to being in the driver seat to make the car make the noise.
Both lower arms, and balljoints recently replaced (good ones).
Drop links were done by previous owner (so so ones)
Any ideas what else it could be?
Literally only seems to have started once the new tyres were fitted. Christian.

Does it happen steering in both directions?

I'd first check the wheel nuts are the proper torque 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

I’d check those bushes and arms again, just to be sure. Maybe the heavy handed tyre fitters disturbed things enough for the problem to now show?

My front bushes and control arms were changed about 4,000 miles ago, but I’ve been told one is split (a brake test clonked and he then took a look) but I’ve yet to get under to see for myself.

It is possible that something has prematurely worn. Even good parts properly fitted can sometimes fail.

Maybe check all bolts are secure too while you are there… Currently driving: 2012 L322 SE Overfinch 4.4 tdv8

In answer to the above. I took the wheels off (as per my blog - link below) and had them refurbished and fitted with new tyres.
Car sat on stands for about 10 days.

I refitted wheels. Torqued up fine.

Nothing else done, was perfect before. Christian.

Nothing to do with wheel balance weights by any chance.

One possible cause is when the lower suspension arms were replaced, they could have been torqued up then the car lowered back onto the suspension. The new arms should be fitted then the weight of the car put onto the suspension, then the bolts torqued up. OR these may have been disturbed when the new tyres were fitted. Sounds are like hard heavy clunks when on slow full steering input turns, ie to get out of a driveway, maybe worth checking. Hope this helpful.

Found it, one of the lower arms inner pinch bolt wasn't tightened up enough.

Getting that extra 90 degrees on after torqueing is so difficult. Christian.
