Ah that's interesting but contradicts the manual I was reading last night. Great that you found the fuse. Fingers crossed for you. Kev

This is the manual I found and used in the photo.

The fuses matched from the manual to what was in the upper fuse board so I can only assume I got it right ?

You guys said a 10amp in number 20 so I think I got it right 🙏

I’ll soon see 😂

I assume that LR called the module the chassis module because as well as the suspension ecu it contains the CVD ecu which is powered by the 15A fuse 23.

Thanks, I take it the one I’ve taken out (10amp) is the right one yes ?

Good morning, so I’ve come out to my car and the rear of the car is fully lowered on both sides ?

Am I right to assume BOTH rear bags are faulty 😩

More likely to be the rear valve block.

Oh….

Where is that please ?

How do I test for that ?

I’d hoped I’d left the suspension issues in my past with the L322 😩

It will be in the Workshop Manual which is available in the Wiki. Looks like it may be by the rear NS air spring.

Hi all sorry not fed back sooner.

So, we found a very slight leak in the OSR bag.

Had two new ones fitted BUT, still going down and it’s quicker now ?

What’s the next part that I need to change do you guys think 😩🤦🏻

Well, finally found the problem !!!
There’s a pin hole in one of the air suspension tubes (osr) !!!
And to make matters worse, I can’t find one in the Uk !!!!!
No dealers have one, Duckworths don’t have one, at least 15 other independent LR specialists don’t have one !!!!
I’m dumbfounded!!!
Apparently there on back order with no date suggested.
Question, does anyone recommend where I could try ?
Part no. Is LR045736.
Or, could I have one made?
Or, can anyone advise how to repair as a temp fix?
Was thinking something like a self sealing silicone tape or something?

Please help 🙏

Hi,

No idea if this helps or not but just checked rimmerbros and

They say its in stock at their suppliers - but of course that might not be right - or you may have already tried them, in which case - sorry to have wasted your time !

If the car is slightly on the tilt/parked on an incline then it will often keep trying to level itself and gradually dump itself on the floor...
Does the car just drop to the lower level or drop to the bump stops? The latter is worse...

Thanks,

Tried Rimmer Bros they don’t have one ☹️

The car drops down on the osr due to this leak.

Do you think some sealing repair tape might maintain it until I can get the part !?

Sester can you not use one of these inline air hose couplers where you have the pinhole leak as an interim solution until a new tube arrives, just cut the tube at the hole and push both ends into the coupler, they are sold in a variety of diameters, must be available at your local hydraulics / pneumatics supplier, just identify your tube diameter..
