Scotland 2008 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey

Drove from Dieppe home. Usual pleasant performance.

Only problem we had - not RR related - was that there was a medical emergency on board the ferry en route to Newhaven so there was a knock on 2.5 hours delay in departure. Didn't get into Dieppe until 0100 hrs instead of 2230. Fortunately had a hotel already booked.

Was alongside a green 07 plate Ff when waiting to board but only exchanged one of my more pleasant smiles with the driver Very Happy John

Wales 2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Monte Carlo Blue

Just spent 2 hours washing the underneath of the FF, under tray off to get at the difficult parts...In the Censored rain.

Why, because some prat in a pretend 4x4 came round a blind bend towing a trailer too quickly and on my side too, the only place for me to avoid him was off the tarmac on the verge. ...soft, wet and wheel spokes inside the wheels full of mud and underneath the car...grrr Evil or Very Mad If it dont work.......burn it!

If the IId tool cant fix it.......burn the FF.

If the FF cant be fixed......buy a Land Cruiser!

If the LC cant be fixed..............................................BUY a horse !!

France

Went in the FF to Norauto - a sort of 'French Halfords' - to get a new battery for SWMBO’s Twingo (yes, Twingo, sorry!). See, other cars have battery failure too! But then in this case the old one was the original – the date stamp on it shows 29/01/2007. 8+ years … not bad! Thumbs Up I hope my current FF one lasts as long … It's "bĂ©bĂ©choon", ackcherly, with accents. 'Steve' to my chums.
20 years ownership of Solihull products, ALL GONE NOW, sniff!
Current motor: Suzuki S-Cross 4WD auto, 1.4 petrol. Oh so reliable! 7 years now and no problems. Oh, all right then, a leaking shocker replaced under guarantee.

P*ssed off a BMW owner who thought he'd use the turn right lane at the lights to get round every body. He now knows a 2006 RR SC is quicker Laughing
