Craig, my Ctek came with a pair adaptor of leads that I fixed to the battery posts and I then leave it insitu. If the battery needs a charge, I just plug the charger in. Job done! You can buy the leads as an extra on fleabay.

Service manual says that connecting to battery can damage the BMS module that sits on the negative battery terminal.

You should have kept the Bentley for driving around town.

Here is where I access mine, extra long ctek lead, connected to the posts under the bonnet, then tucks away under the bonnet when not in use
