Abs fault

On my 2007 tdv8. I damaged my drivers front abs sensor. So I changed it out for a new after market one . Now abs lights wont clear . And fault code wont clear . And hdc wont work and air suspension wont work . The code am getting is . speed sensor signal has too few transition/events. So is it the sensor . Or are they something else I need to look at . I do have a genuine land rover sensor coming but being were I stay it takes a we while to get here.

I had a similar problem and it turned out I needed to replace the reluctor rings.
Look into the hole where the sensor fits and turn the wheel to check that the ring is turning and not corroded or broken.
Hope this helps

I wouldn't think that it would be the ring on the cc joint . Because all am done is change the sensor . The reason I changed it is I managed to cut the wire by mistake. So it wasnt a problem untill I did that
