Just checked mine, same fault code and same 100 degree reading as yours. |

temperature on the bank 2 sensor 1 will go above 100 C only if the engine is spinning over 23~25 hundred rpm. in the pic. you can see temp. have gone up so the sensor is working. i have had it. go up ove 280C while the revs are kept up above 23 hundred rpm,s.

In that case that sensor must be the one in the exhaust pipe from the secondary turbo on the left side of the engine.

Euro 4 only has temp sensor in left manifold and oxygen sensor after primary turbo - only measuring EGT in 1 manifold (no need to measure both). Bank1 sensor1?

Yes it was hot, they all read 100 when it was cold.

Nino I think you have disproved part of my theory probably then that sensor reads temp post turbo number two. Which makes sense baciase all readings i've taken are under 2k revs. Cheers, Greg
