I've tried the Karcher stuff which leaves me totaly underwhelmed which makes me wonder if any of it is any good.

At the risk of being ostracized I must ask why a question about Snow Foam would be moved to a vehicle specific forum. Surely snow foam isn’t used exclusively by the owners of the L322! |

Most foams will strip off the wax.

I snow foam with this as is colour less and won’t mark plus ph free and I’ve valeted a lot over the years, muck drops off mine but it’s got a fantastic glaze and shine but if I do a pals I still use a soapy mit after covering it in the foam as when it’s sprayed on it’s s lot easier to give the car a quick wash with the glove ‘‘tis was £25 off the bay delivered eBay Item No. 111975654784

What I found makes the foam work best is to use hot water from the kettle, mix it in the foam lance bottle and off you go! l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l

Auto bright direct, it dwells on car as a thick white foam for over twenty minutes and you can buy spray dispenser to fit pressure washer as well and its a solid bit of kit with brass fittings for less than £50 sometimes with a litre sample foam |

Thanks for all the suggestions but I'm thinking I'll just stick to using a bucket of soapy water & a sponge. At least I know it works. |

Consider buying a good quality wash and wax detergent. You can pick up a 1lt bottle of detergent on special for a reasonable price. I will often buy a couple if heavily discounted.
