I have the same squeak coming from the rear right side when going over bumps. It stopped yesterday while it was raining, but today it started again. Some say it could be the bushes, but since I changed all the lower ones a month ago, I will start spraying WD40 over joints, starting with the toe control arms and see if it stops and what actually squeaks. |

The squeak coming from ball joint upper / lower. Use some grease or WD to cure. |

Thank you! Could you please specify which component number do you refer to in the picture?

OK, looks like the squeak is gone, at least for the past 2 days, I sprayed WD-40 over both ends of part 19 from the photo. I also lowered the rear tire pressure from 2.7 to 2.5. |

Still squeaking, having sprayed WD40 on the components identified. Might have to brave it and book in at LR |

Please try another thing. I remember that while looking under the car, I noticed that the metallic part of the air spring was dirty, right under the rubber ballon or whatever that is, so I sprayed some WD-40 there too. That's all I did. The squeak is still gone, even after a carwash... |

Problem finally sorted...... LR replaced the rear bushes and it seems to have done the trick... at the cost of £300 which I didn't think was too bad.

I have changed the rear bushes with the help of a mechanic friend. The 2 ones that support parts 8 and 13 from the picture. The lower one is less than 60EUR, but the upper one is about 100EUR. It's not easy to change them, but it can be done in 1 1/2 - 2 hours. You will need two jacks, one to stop the air spring from extending. After that you have to align the wheel professionally though. |

I had this annoying squeak / creak as well and have searched FFRR and all over the web for a solution.
