Blue smoke for 5 minutes????

I changed air breather to Vortex.
And injectors are serviced no 5 was out of range settled.
All is fine but yesterday it blue smoked the entire street for 5 minutes and all is fine again???
Any ideas?
Consumption is better now for info. 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.

And it really shakes and i guess misfires in the morning at 1500 rpm.
It hesitates to go 1500 and then suddenly 2500 rpm. 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.

We did another setup at no 5 and it was again faulty.
But it did smoked for 5 minutes again after installation.
Is it sometfing related to dismantling things?? 2010 3.6tdv8 180k km.
