You will need the exhaust hangers off the new car but no quite straightforward , you will need help putting the bumper on something to support it 2008 MY Supercharged

will the car need a data down load of some description to let it know there is now a tow bar fitted, heard tales that it needs to know for the electrics and suspension etc.? No body told me there would be days like these

Not if you have the genuine LR kit with ECU. You would need to remove the towing ecu and harness and fit it to the new car. It's going to be easy enough to find as it's connected to the towing electrics harness. |

Electrics won’t work as they changed from 2009my> so, you will need a new plug in harness for the 2011 (no ECU on 2009>
