I also had the alarm problem but the bonnet sensor was not the culprit; it was a faulty "body tilt" module. Cost about £150 to replace. Bonnet switch clean and mod is very cheap to try first though! Graham

Double press on key on that MY should disable interior sensors only. |

Get a fly inside your car and once its locked the fly can set off the interior sensor. Annoying. Discovery 4 HSE

Right...cleaned switch, and glued a little rubber pad on under side of bonnet, don't know if it's cured the problem, as not very sunny today. Also adjusted the rear tailgates, as these seemed a bit loose when shut. |
