I got a front one on ebay for £45 with a £15 exchange charge. Search for X5 calipers usually a fair bit cheaper. [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

Thanks Rob, will have a look. Not many replies on this question though, am I asking an obvious question? |

Not worth buying the seal kit as the pistons will be rusted to the extent they are no longer of use. There are a couple of companies who will make new pistons from stainless steel, but it is a lot cheaper to fit new calipers |

New cliper fitted (british car parts - £94ish delivered), should have changed pads, bit didn't. OSR still getting hot. Replaced pads as old ones, due to excees heat, had lost the backing. Took it for a hard braking test drive, all ok.

ABS could cause an issue but you would feel it grabbing as it was doing it...

It's also worth removing the disc and checking the parking brake shoes.
