Was there ever a recall on the lights because of the water ingress? 2002 Vogue Epsom Green with Ivory Leather.

Have you taken the bulb holders out? The air needs to circulate to get out... Or you will be left with a puddle in the bottom and when it gets cold again the puddle will go all over the inside of your lens again...

I think the only way to cure the problem is to drill a discrete hole in the bottom of each lens to allow any water that leaks in to drain.

So took near side rear light off. Took bulb holder off. Was a fair amount of water in there which surprised me as hadn't seen any when on the car, just fog.

Sat next to the log burner as it was pretty warm.

Fog cleared and thought it was ok.
Tried Mrs' hair dryer to get last bit of mist out , but didn't make much diff.

Refitted light, and maybe because its a little chilly out, fog is back Big Cry Alcohol and eBay is never a good mix

You should have let it acclimatise before fitting. If it was even at room temperature when you fitted on a cold day, yes, it would probably have condensation. Previously..

nicedayforit's solution works well on my Defender, not one, but two very small holes at base of lenses, allows air in, and fog out. Range Rover Vogue TD6 2002
