hi guys, just as a matter of interest, i went into the land rover dealers this morning to ask them to fit the new secondary pump i bought from Dan this week and they totally refused to do the job ? suggesting that i bought the pump in the uk because it was cheaper ( the thought never entered my mind )

hi David, thanks for the reply. i think it would be pointless going toi ie land rover paris to complain, as they obviously dont like the idea i purchased the item outside france. regardless of the reason, which is probably the fact that they would normally load the premium on parts . but as you suggest, you no doubt have charged a lot more in labour. so it is simply a case that i could never return to this garage again .
