A few days ago I swapped my Vigin HD Box for the TIVO one and at the same time they replaced my old Modem with the new Virgin Modem/Router that is required for the 100mbps service.

THe Vigin "Super Hub" Modem/Router is good but is not as powerful (WIFI Range Wise) as the Top of the range Netgear Router we already had. We therefore used the Super Hub just as the Modem and the Netgear Product as the Router getting best of both worlds. Just connect one to tother... |

Funny how it all works Arenaitch, I am less than five miles from the centre of Winchester yet only achieve a third of what you are getting.

I'm sure the good readers of this forum would rather not be revolted by tales of how sailors of old, shall we say, 'survived' at sea without their womenfolk and so came by the label Skates!

My download speed (if speed is the right term here) is 0.480MBPS and upload at 0.244MPBS and expected to be grateful for that.
