A while ago I downloaded Mac OS X upgrade, a large 4.2 Gb file which took 20 hours, at the same time a letter posted in Swansea (900miles away) also took 20 hours to reach me.

Am now researching Broadband by Mail. Very Happy

Satellite broadband looks to be a good option but rather pricey.

My connection is 6.8 Mbps, 7 years ago I could reach 7.4. Time is progress?! Crying or Very sad

As a webdev, I need to make regular backups which takes around ~8 Hours for all my sites. it would take almost 50 hours to restore all if the server failed.
