i had the same problem when i swapped from the TD6 to the TDV8.... i soon took peoples advice and turned the pump from 6 o'clock to 12 o'clock and bobs your uncle fuel goes in how you would expect it to... Thumbs Up Current: TDV8 (3.6) RRS HSE

Faulty filler neck

Hi there is a modified filler neck for u all
The plastic contracts and slows the fill
Also if u can see the yellow flap that means its active use the tool also yellow put the two prongs up against the top of the hole they will drop into a hole and the flap will spring away.
