United Kingdom 2004 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 V8 Java Black

hi, thanks for the help, i had the latst firmware but could not see car config, but now can..what happened was when the tool started it showed read fault, button up and went to clear fault and then up again to show configuration.. but after that nothing untill i held the button for about 3 seconds, it then jumped to the next level and so on.. showing all the other menu's, now i know its there its just a matter of holding the button just that bit longer. so now the playing carrys on..

Is the backup file in restore the one it made when the tool was first activated and does it backup all the modules to how it found them..

thanks Thumbs Up V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

actually, in the newer versions of the FW it does a complete back-up. Christian and Patrick work so fast sometimes it is hard to keep up! Razz

So to answer Daves question

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Vogue SE Td6 Tonga Green

Hi, guys

Just bought one of these well regarded items, but im having trouble with the ccf part of it. I have a 2005 td6 facelift with the touchscreen. But when i select ccf it says ccf read fail. And im not able to save the config file either.

I have tried with the engine running ond just with the ignition on, it scans all 22 ecus ok. im not sure what is going wrong. Truth be told, this was the main reason i bought the item, so i could change the settings around.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards, Luke

Quick question, the error codes that come up on iid tool, are these Land Rovers codes or IID codes? I want to just give my Indy the code number so he can look up on his system.

Thanks

@ daveo

Can answer the one about the key, straight from Patrick (as I had the same fault)

"We’ve seen many RR with this errors including our 2005, nothing to worry about."  .
